We’ve just launched a brand-new vehicle viewing service to allow you to view the vehicles you are interested in, without leaving the comfort of your home or office.
The virtual viewing service will be trialled at Newbury and Sandy first, with the potential to expand to further Operation Centres.
Since the COVID-19 lockdown, vehicle viewings were disabled to protect the safety of our Members and Copart teammates. We are excited to launch this new option which will give members the confidence to bid on their favourite vehicles, without taking time or fuel costs to travel to the Operation Centre.
How will it work?
You will be able to pay for and book a 10-minute timeslot to view an individual Lot via our Member Services Team, for an admin fee of just £10.
Your 10-minute vehicle viewing will take place live over Whatsapp Video Call where a dedicated teammate will give you a live tour of your chosen vehicle.
What to expect from the service?
You will be shown inside and outside of the vehicle, view areas of damage or concern, we will start the engine (if possible) and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions.
