Aisha's Story
Aisha joined Copart in 2019 as an Account Executive in the Insurance Sales Team management and after only one year she progressed to a Team Leader role. Aisha was then promoted to Account Executive Manager, managing a team of Account Executives and Sales Support Executives.
“Copart have recently rolled out management training courses across the business, one of many courses and conferences that Copart organise to ensure we all continue to be invested in business goals. We have more apprenticeships and programmes for our teammates now more than ever and there are plenty of opportunities to develop and progress your career.”


Michael's Story
Michael joined our Wootton Head Office in November 2014 as a Trainee Engineer, and over a two-year period, Copart supported him in studying for an IMI Level 2 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance through day release at Bedford College. This lead to his subsequent promotions to Vehicle Engineer and then Vehicle Engineering Regional Team Leader.

Dave's Story
Dave joined our York Operation Centre in August 2015 as a temp, and in just under two years he progressed through Yard Operative and Yard Supervisor roles to his current position of Yard Manager.
“When opportunities come up within the business, Copart makes sure that the right support and development is in place to help colleagues succeed. My General Manager and Regional Manager have provided continuous support and training is on-going. I am learning all the time and am constantly looking to develop and progress further, should the opportunity arise.”


Simon's Story
Simon joined our Westbury Operation Centre in 2013 as a Driver, and in 2016 was given additional training and support to become a Driver Trainer, a role he performed in addition to his day-to-day Driver duties. He has now been promoted to the role of Transport Manager.
“I made it clear I was interested in becoming a trainer, so when the position came up my General Manager put me forward, knowing how passionate I am about what we do. I’ve been given lots of support along the way, including a Coaching Course which was really helpful.”
Rihannon's Story
Rhiannon joined Copart as the Office Manager of Rochford in 2019, before being promoted to the role of Dual Site Assistant General Manager, covering both our Rochford and Colchester sites.
