Congratulations! You’ve won the Lot. So what now ?

Making Payment

You have two business days after the day of the sale to make payment in full. Payment of Buyer Fees, Internet Bid Fees, Lot Retrieval Fees and any other applicable fees, will also be required. Please see our Member Fees and Payments section for full details. Information about fees is also displayed at all our Operation Centres.

Ways to Pay: 

  • at any Operations Centre by cash or debit/credit card. **Due to COVID-19, cash payments paid directly into our Operation Centres have been suspended. Please use an alternative payment method to make a payment. View our latest COVID-19 updates. **
  • by *direct payment into our bank account or,
  • subject to your account status, online using your debit/credit card.

Please note that vehicle payments cannot be made via the Member App. You will be redirected to the Copart website. 

*Please be aware that bank transfers are not immediate and can take a few hours to appear in our account. International transfers can take much longer. 

 

Allocation of payments
Payments will be applied to unpaid fees first (including, but not limited to, Buyer, convenience, storage, Lot retrieval, late payment, relist and delivery fees), then to payment of any vehicle auctions you have won.

*Only collections scheduled through our Transportation App are available. Please do not visit our Operation Centres without an appointment and where possible, make use of our delivery service. For more information,  View our COVID-19 update for more information.

Once all fees are paid in full, you can pick up your vehicle(s) or have them delivered to you.

Members and drivers can arrange to collect their vehicles through our Transportation App. The app allows you to select a date and time to collect your vehicles. Booking in advance, we can have your vehicle ready for your arrival.

Getting Your Vehicles Delivered
We have two delivery options available to our Members:

  • Automatic Delivery – Every vehicle you purchase is automatically delivered by Copart to your registered Member address. 
  • Non-Automatic Delivery – Members can select the vehicle they want to be delivered.
