How does the Virtual Vehicle Viewing work?

Booking your Virtual Vehicle Viewing is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:

1. Book your slot: Contact our Member Services Team on 01234 765459 to secure a 10-minute time slot for your Virtual Vehicle Viewing. Remember, bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a seamless experience.
2. Download WhatsApp: Prior to your scheduled appointment, download the WhatsApp application. Ensure your account is set up and up-to-date to facilitate the video call.
3. Await your call: At the appointed time, a Copart teammate will initiate a video call via WhatsApp, providing you with a live tour of your chosen vehicle. Explore both the interior and exterior, including any areas of damage or concern. Additionally, if possible, we’ll start the vehicle's engine for your inspection.

Additional Information:

• Virtual Vehicle Viewings are available at all 18 UK Operation Centres, excluding Hixon (limited to 1 booking per day) and Skelmersdale (not available).
• Each viewing is limited to 10 minutes per appointment.
• There is a £10 administration fee per vehicle, payable at the time of booking.
• Virtual Vehicle Viewings cannot be scheduled on weekends or bank holidays.
• The service is exclusive to registered UK Members.
