At Copart, we continually strive to improve the bidding and buying experience for our Members...and that includes what happens after the auction, too. 

We're excited to announce that our Transportation App which enables you (or your driver) to book a collection date and time in advance of arriving at an Operation Centre, has been updated!

In addition to a fresh look and feel, the app is now more user-friendly and enables you to easily manage your collection with just a few taps of your finger.

Here's what to expect from the App updates:

  • You can now manage the whole collection process straight from the app (no need to log in to your Copart Account or Auction app), just click "Add Lot".
  • There's a brand-new Calendar view, so you can easily see the availability for the next 7 business days.
  • Cancel and reschedule appointments easily within the app. You've booked for Thursday but can no longer attend? Don't worry, the App now provides clear opinions to allow you to cancel and reschedule an existing appointment. Just remember to do it within your free storage period to avoid additional charges. 
  • The bottom right-hand corner of the screen now provides a "My Account" section. This section allows you to change your vehicle details, vehicle type, contact information and the country you are collecting from.
