What notifications will I receive?
Once you have won your chosen Lot and requested for your vehicle to be delivered (either manually or through our Auto-delivery option), you will automatically be notified on the following:
- Confirmation of delivery, including an estimated date and time
- An update when the driver is on the way
- If a delivery has been missed (if applicable)
- If a delivery has been cancelled if applicable)
