Here at Copart, we value our Members and listen to what you say. Where we can, we want to make sure the process of joining, bidding and buying is as seamless as it can possibly be. As a result, we’ve made some significant changes to the way that we operate with YOU, our Members in mind.

Some of the changes include:

  • Delivery quotes and bookings can now be made 100% online.
  • 14 new loaders purchased, so we can load your vehicles quicker.
  • Our Transportation App means no more waiting times for collections.   
  • A new Bid Fee Calculator was launched – providing you with greater transparency on fees.
  • We’ve introduced graded vehicles – expertly assessed, so you can bid with confidence.
  • New Saturday auctions! – we now run a monthly Used and Graded Vehicle auction to fit around your busy schedule.

 

And there’s more!…
We have started the process of reverting some of our 0844 numbers to local numbers, reducing call costs for you.
We’re also introducing an easy to remember number for all enquiries.
