It’s Now Even Easier to Order Your Deliveries

Now you can bid, buy AND order delivery within our Copart Member Mobile App!

Until now you have only been able to get your delivery estimations on the app, and had to go through to the website to order your deliveries. Now you can easily order your deliveries without even having to leave the app!

How it works

Once you have won a vehicle, select Won on the Dashboard to bring up your list of Lots Won.

Click on blue Add Delivery option, and enter your postcode. Click Calculate to get a Quote and click Order to add delivery.

You will then be prompted to select the delivery address, then click the Add Delivery button to order your delivery.

A pop-up will appear saying delivery has successfully been added and Delivery Ordered will appear under the Lot. Click on this if you wish to change address or cancel the delivery (this can only be done on the app if you haven’t already paid).

The delivery option is not available on all Lots. You will not be able to add delivery on larger vehicles, such as, Large Vans, HGV, Agri, Plant, Caravan, or any Go App Lots.

Go App Lots can be identified by this Go icon in the Lot information. This just means that a motor trade seller is selling their vehicle from their premises through our Go App, not from a Copart Operation Centre. Collection of these vehicles will have to be arranged with the seller.

Auto Delivery

You can now also add Auto Delivery in the app, so that every time you win a vehicle it will automatically be delivered to your designated address from your selected Operation Centres. Inform us of any Delivery Directions and save yourself time with any future deliveries.
