Copart Membership now lasts for 365 days, from the point of account activation. After this time, your account will expire and you will lose access to participate in our industry-leading online auctions.
To continue bidding on the thousands of used and salvage vehicles that run through our auctions, you must renew your Membership.
How to Renew Your Membership
You have two options available:
Option 1 - Auto-Renewal
Save time and secure the best price with Auto-Renewal
NEW! - We've just added a brand-new feature which allows you to enable account
auto-renewal.
Simply enter the Debit or Credit Card details you'd like to use to renew. These details will then be saved and used annually to pay for your account renewal.
Remember to update your card details before they expire! As this could result in a failed renewal attempt and you will be required to pay additional fees.
Option 2 - Pay Your Renewal Fee
Manually pay your annual renewal fee
Your renewal invoice will be added to your account and available to pay, 45 days prior to your expiration date.
You will be notified by email when you are able to renew, in addition to seeing the invoice in your Payments Due section.
We accept a range of payment methods including credit/debit card, bank transfers including IBAN's and more.

How long does my Membership last? |
Once your account is active, your Copart Membership will last 365 days.

How will I know when my Membership expires? |
Log in to your Copart account and go to My Account > Account Settings > Membership. Alternatively, use this link.

When's the best time to renew? |
Renew before your Membership expiration date to pay the best price of £75. Paying after this date will incur extra fees.

How early can I renew? |
Renewal will only be available, 45 days before your expiration date. You will receive an email notification and an invoice on your account prompting you to renew. Renewing early will not affect your expiration date. Your next 365 days of Membership will start after your expiration date. E.g. if you renew in November 2020 and your expiration date is 31st December 2020, your next year of Membership will start on January 1st 2021 and will last until 31st December 2021. Alternatively, you can set up Auto-Renewal at any point in the year to avoid missing your renewal deadline.

How do I renew? |
Once your account is ready for renewal, you will find all available renewal payment methods under My Account > Account Settings > Membership. If you are not seeing these payment icons, it means that you are not yet able to renew.
