Our Mission, Vision and Values are the foundation of who we are, and what we do. As a business, we strive to provide our customers with an unmatched experience and are continually seeking ways to improve our services.
This is underpinned by the values demonstrated by every one of our teammates, every day. We are very proud of our ‘family’ culture, and the dedication of our people in providing the highest level of support to both customers and fellow team-mates.

Reward and Recognition - Superstar Awards
It’s very important to us at Copart that we reward and recognise our teammates for their hard work.
We celebrate those who have demonstrated our values, exceeded the normal expectations of their job role, or set a good example to others, with our Quarterly Superstar Awards.

Teammate Opinion Survey
We want to make Copart a company that people are proud to work for. Our Annual Teammate Opinion Survey gives everyone the chance to express their views and opinions about working for Copart.
These opinions really matter to us, as they allow us to continually improve and help us to identify areas we may need to focus on in the future. We received very positive scores in 2022 and were delighted with how highly teammates rated Copart’s culture, benefits, training, and development.
Keeping Teammates Informed
With over 1,200 teammates in 23 connected Operation Centres and offices across the UK & Ireland, we think it’s important that we provide all our communications in a relevant and timely manner.
Our Connection Magazine, which is written for and about our teammates, is published regularly throughout the year.
To keep our people continuously connected and engaged throughout the year, we also communicate important updates via internal e-newsletters and our internal communications platform, ‘Copart Rewards’.


Charitable Giving
At Copart, we’ve established a culture that is committed to charitable giving. This culture has continued to strengthen and grow across all of our locations, and it forms a major part of our ongoing Copart Cares ? commitment to caring about good causes.
We work consistently with a range of different charities in our efforts to make a positive impact alongside our customers, communities, and teammates – supporting both local initiatives and national charitable events throughout the year.
We’ve also been a proud advocate of the Ben Automotive Charity for many years, having adopted them as our company charity in 2015.
