Visitor Guidelines
How to Safely Collect Your Vehicles from an Operation Centre
Before visiting one of our nationwide Operations Centres, please familiarise yourself with our Visitor Guidelines.
These have been implemented for your safety, and that of our staff.
Face masks must be worn at all times if entering an Operation Centre office.
No Cash Payments
Vehicles must be paid for, prior to arrival at our Operations Centres. To minimise contact, cash payments are temporarily unavailable. View alternative payment methods.
Don't Leave Your Vehicle
Stay in your vehicle at all times. Only leave when your vehicles are ready to load, or you have been notified to enter the office via our online queue.
No Driving Away
Vehicles must be loaded onto another vehicle or towed with professional towing equipment or a solid tow bar and cannot be driven out of our Operations Centres, regardless of their condition.
Join the Online Queue
If you need to enter the office, you must make an appointment by joining our online queue. More information can be found at our Operation Centres.
Keep a Social Distance
If you need to leave your vehicle for any reason, please keep a safe
2-meter distance from other people.
Perform a Handbrake Check
Ensure that the handbrakes of your winning vehicles are safely secured, before loading.
Remain in Your Vehicle
When collecting more than one vehicle, it is important that you return to your transport, between loads.
Stay 5-Meters from Loader
Wait in your vehicle until the Loader Driver arrives. Maintain a
5-meter distance from the Driver when loading your vehicle.
Thank you for your co-operation.
