Are you looking to source replacement parts for the repair of a motorcycle? Or perhaps just looking to buy bike parts to sell straight on?
If so, our range of CAT B breaker motorbikes could be the solution you’re looking for. (And thanks to BreakerBid4U, anyone can submit a bid on them!)
Why would I purchase a CAT B breaker for parts?
Although CAT B breakers cannot return to the road in their entirety, working parts can be salvaged from the vehicle providing the buyer with a great cost-effective and time-saving solution for sourcing multiple parts from a specific make and model of bike.
How would I purchase a CAT B breaker bike?
In order to buy breaker vehicles, you must be an authorised CAT B buyer which means holding the necessary licences and meeting all of the criteria described on our Buying CAT B's page.
*Please note, there are different requirements for UK based and Overseas CAT B buyers.
Being a breaker buyer can be quite an expensive and manual process and if your business doesn’t require the purchase of a large quantity of CAT B bikes, it might not make sense for you to go down this avenue.
But don’t worry. It was for buyers just like this that enabled us to create the BreakerBid4U service.
BreakerBid4U (BB4U) is our dedicated CAT B Buying service which allows you to bid on the Category B vehicles that you want with minimum hassle. No licences required!
How does it work?
Once you’ve found the CAT B vehicle (or vehicles) that you wish to bid on, you simply complete the form on the BreakerBid4U page, making sure to fill in your bid amount. We’ll then bid on your behalf and if you win, we’ll arrange for you to come and strip the vehicle of parts at one of our six dedicated breaker facilities.
What are the benefits of using BreakerBid4U to dismantle motorcycles?
When choosing to bid and break motorcycles using BreakerBid4U, you’ll benefit from:
- First-class customer service – The BB4U team will help you from beginning to end, by placing your bid, arranging your breaker session, depolluting the vehicle ready for arrival at your breaker session and organising to have it disposed of after you’ve left.
- Save on your bay rental fee – You’ll pay just £100 when you book to dismantle two motorcycles at the same location on the same day. That’s 50% cheaper than it would be for two cars.
- Free transport costs – If your chosen motorbikes are going to auction at the same location as your chosen breaker bay – you won’t need to pay anything for transport.
- And more…
