On 8th May and 25th May 2020, the UK has two Bank Holidays where Copart UK Head Office, Copart UK Operations Centres and UK banks will be closed.
Whilst auctions will continue as scheduled, please be aware that the Operations Centres will not be available to answer calls or emails on Friday 8th and Monday 25th May 2020 (excluding Belfast and Whitburn).
Payments
Ensure that you allow plenty of time for your payments to reach us as there will be no bank transactions on these dates and late payment charges will still apply. You can still pay by Credit/Debit Card online.
Deliveries
Collections are not available at this time. All vehicles must be booked for Mainland UK delivery immediately after the auction to avoid accruing storage charges. More information about storage periods can be found on each Location page.
Deliveries can be booked by calling 01234 889355.
Northern Ireland are also offering a local delivery service for vehicles purchased at our Belfast location. For more information, contact the Belfast Operations Centre.
Should you have any questions regarding your payments or vehicle deliveries, please contact the Operations Centre in advance of these dates.
Please note that Belfast and Whitburn will be open to calls and emails on these dates.
