Seller Declaration - Important

By the submission of our online consignment form I / We confirm that;

a) I / We warrant and represent that the information provided on this form is true, correct and complete
b) I / We have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
c) I / We warrant that the above vehicle is my/our absolute property free from any finance, hire purchase, leasing or conditional sales agreement.
d)  I / We indemnify Copart against all costs related to clearance or outstanding payments
e) I / We also agree not to issue my / our own VAT sales invoice(s) in respect of any vehicles sold under this agreement
f) I / We authorise Copart to sell this vehicle on my / our behalf to the advertisement of the vehicle one or more appropriate damage codes based on Copart's inspection of the vehicles exterior condition and the contents of this form. I / We agree to accept self-billed invoice in respect of net proceeds, and to account to HM Revenue & Customs for the output tax shown
g) I / We certify that all information relating to the history and condition of the vehicle which may affect its value or roadworthiness has been fully declared on this form This description must be accurate. Sales fee will still be charged if vehicle is misrepresented, resulting in the sale being cancelled.
h) I / We acknowledge and accept that if any information provided by me / us in relation to the submitted consignment form is found to be incorrect in any respect, I / we authorise Copart to disclose my personal details to the Buyer and/or its authorised agent.
