| Sales Fee | Charge per vehicle upon sale. Fee includes: loose rubbish placement in rear, 10 photographs, Entry into 1 (one) auction with up to 2 (two) free of charge auction re-runs. Storage management, 2 days storage post auction if non-sale, access to online Seller portal. |

| Failed Collection | Vehicle unavailable or inaccessible on agreed collection date/time. Charged per vehicle for each non-collection. | £75.00 + VAT |

| Storage Fee | Charge applied per day when vehicle is not collected by Seller after 2 (two) days | £15.00 + VAT |
| Excessive Rubbish Removal | This is not an optional item. This fee will be automatically charged should the vehicle require excessive rubbish removing | £50.00 + VAT |
| Administration Fee | To include ad hoc administrative tasks related to the Agreement, including but not limited to stopping cheques | £25.00 + VAT |
