1) "You won’t be able to collect a vehicle after 4.30pm, so please make sure you arrive at our Operations Centre between the hours of 8am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). All vehicle collections must be scheduled via our Transportation App. Collections are unavailable without an appointment."
