Help Organising a Delivery or Collection of a Vehicle

Once you have won and paid for a vehicle, you need to think about getting it to you. You can choose to have it delivered via our mainland UK delivery service. Get a quote and book online from your Lots Won page.
Alternatively, you can opt to collect the vehicle, or send a transporter to collect on your behalf. To do this you must download our Transportation App and book a collection date and timeslot in advance (you will be unable to collect without a pre-arranged booking).

 

Help Obtaining Vehicle Information

There are a number of checks you should make on a vehicle before placing your bids. We provide a FREE Vehicle Report on most of the cars in our auction. 

We also offer Virtual Vehicle Viewing service, which allow you to view a vehicle from the comfort of your home or office.

If you can’t find the information you need online, have a query about deliveries, or wish to book a Virtual Vehicle Viewing, contact the Member Services Team.

Help with Membership Registration and Renewals

Copart Membership lasts 365 days, from the point of activation. Registration can all be done online including payment and uploading your documents.  


For renewals, You can find your renewal date in your Account Settings. Find out how to renew your Membership using our Renew Your Membership page.
